Franciszek Salezy Potocki, the Kiev voivode and the owner of Tulczyn, Trościaniec, Wierzchówka, Humań, and Sokołówka, together with Franciszek Gorzewski, the commissioner of these estates and the Winnica cupbearer, and local Jews sue in the Radom treasury tribunal Michał Radziwiłł, the voivode of Vilnius and hetman of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania; Karol Radziwiłł, the sword-bearer of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania and Lviv starost; Józef Potocki, the starost of Leżajsk; and Józef Skrzetuski, the starost of Mogielnica and the Lviv sub-voivode; as well as the land elders of the Ruthenian voivodeship from Brody, Zhovkva, and Lviv (the hereditary estates of the above magnates) in the matter of appearing in the court of the land elders, and the elders themselves for defaulting on the assurance and putting an excessive burden on Jews from Tulczyn and Trościaniec, as well as demanding the total cancellation of the allocation for the Jews from Wierzchówka, Humań, and Sokołówka destroyed by hajdamaks.
